Are you interested in business development, sales, and consulting? Join KPMG's Technology Advisory team and gain hands-on experience supporting business growth initiatives while learning how professional services are sold in a leading consulting firm.
What will you do?
- Research potential clients, industries, and market trends in Lithuania.
- Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Support CRM maintenance and opportunity tracking.
- Assist with client communications and follow-up activities.
- Participate in client meetings and industry events, taking notes and preparing summaries.
- Learn about KPMG's Technology Advisory services, including Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Risk, and Technology solutions.
What are we looking for:
- A 3rd-4th year Bachelor's student or a Master's student in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Expressed interest in business development, consulting, technology, and professional services.
- A strong communicator who can structure information clearly and professionally.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and able to work effectively in English.
- Confident using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have:
- Customer-facing experience gained through work, volunteering, student organizations, events, retail, or customer service.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn research and market analysis.
- Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools.
