We are currently expanding our operations department and looking for ambitious, motivated and responsible transport planners/dispatchers who want more than just a standard office job.

Your responsibilities:

⭐ Planning and coordinating international transport operations throughout Europe;
⭐ Managing daily communication with drivers, customers and transport partners;
⭐ Monitoring deliveries and solving operational issues;
⭐ Optimizing routes, loading efficiency and transport planning;
⭐ Working with transport documentation and TMS systems;
⭐ Maintaining high service quality for international clients.

Who we are looking for:

✔️ Experience in transport, logistics, forwarding or dispatching;
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills;
✔️ Ability to make quick decisions under pressure;
✔️ English language — mandatory;
✔️ Russian language — mandatory;
✔️ Experience with international transport planning is a strong advantage;
✔️ Motivated people who want to grow together with the company.
