ABOUT POSITION
Premier Restaurants Lithuania is seeking to recruit an IT Manager to oversee the delivery of all IT activities in Lithuania.
Based in Lithuania and reporting to the Director of IT, the position is central to delivering technology initiatives aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
The role will oversee IT operations, projects, infrastructure, governance, and security, leading internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth. The role also ensures alignment with global and domestic IT frameworks.

Premier Restaurants Baltics operates McDonald’s® restaurants across the Baltic region, with 19 restaurants in Lithuania, 14 in Latvia, and 11 in Estonia. THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in IT or a related discipline and have at least five years’ experience in leading and managing an IT function. They will demonstrate strong strategic and operational capability, managing IT infrastructure, systems and budgets, delivering large-scale IT projects, and ensuring robust IT governance and security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to lead change and innovation. Sound financial and strategic judgement is required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
