- Provide application and system support by managing incidents, service requests, and user inquiries in line with agreed service levels.
- Monitor, analyse, and resolve issues, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.
- Manage user access and support security measures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and system improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of applications and business processes.
- Participate in projects and contribute to the successful delivery of technology solutions that support business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Strong ownership mindset, accountability, results-oriented approach, proactive attitude towards learning, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex processes.
- Ability to improve operational efficiency by delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at an appropriate level of technical understanding.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and problems and conduct the necessary research using multiple sources of information to identify effective and innovative solutions.
- Excellent command of both Lithuanian and English languages.
- A degree in IT or Engineering would be an advantage.
- Experience in project and stakeholder management would be an advantage.
