Join the Balcia team! We are looking for an IT Support and Maintenance Specialist to help our users and keep our systems running smoothly. If you are responsible, precise, and love solving technical problems, this is the place for you!
You will
- Be responsible for managing and overseeing user access rights within Information Systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access is maintained for all users;
- Provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of various information systems, helping them understand and utilize these systems to their full potential;
- Your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving problems that end users encounter with specific information systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation;
- Troubleshoot and solve application-related technical issues, as well as perform simple configuration changes to applications to enhance user experience and system functionality.
- Workstation support: Assist colleagues with their daily hardware and software needs, ensuring their workstations are running smoothly.

Requirements
- Experience with application support (if you have the basics, we are ready to teach you the rest);
- Basic experience with at least one database management system: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle;
- Willingness to reach Middle level query writing skills (we will provide the time and resources for you to get there);
- Hands-on experience with (or a strong interest in) the relation of databases;
- Understanding of how Information Systems interact;
- Basic knowledge of ITIL methodology (which we can help you explore further);
- Basic experience with (or interest in) workstations support and maintenance.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
