TROIA is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team and grow into an application support expert working with IBM Maximo and related systems.

TROIA is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team and grow into an application support expert working with IBM Maximo and related systems.
What You'll be doing:
- Provide daily technical and functional support to system users.
- Troubleshoot 1st level issues and resolve tickets within SLA deadlines.
- Investigate system errors and collaborate with technical teams.
- Act as the bridge between business users and IT.
- Communicate clearly about ticket progress and solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to clarify needs.
- Deliver user trainings and prepare simple documentation.
- Over time – gain deeper system knowledge and grow into configuration & testing responsibilities.
We're looking for:
- A colleague with fluent Lithuanian and English (B2 or higher) language skills. If you know any other foreign languages (Polish, Russian) that's a big plus for you.
- A Junior specialist with experience in IT support (Helpdesk, IT Support, User Support, IT Consultant or similar). Prior knowledge of IBM Maximo or similar systems and SQL basics would be highly advantageous.
- A communicative, organized, proactive and helpful team player with strong ownership, time management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
