- Design and implement web applications, backend services for our customers, partners and employees;
- Understand and evolve existing system design;
- Diagnose and resolve system problems;
- Work closely with Operations on deployment and monitoring automation;
- Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions and developer tools into daily engineering workflows.
Your profile:
- Mandatory at least 2+ years experience in Java-based software development;
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle (we use Git, Azure DevOps, Gradle);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English language;
- Interest in AI technologies, automation, or modern software engineering trends;
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) is considered an advantage;
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, ELK stack, and Azure Cloud services is considered an advantage.
