Lead the software development teams behind the systems that connect procurement, production planning and manufacturing at INTUS Windows.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will lead teams comprising 25 people in total, covering Global Purchase Order, Production Planning and Manufacturing Automation solutions.
You will turn agreed business priorities into achievable delivery plans, coordinate capacity and dependencies across teams, and ensure that applications and integrations work together across the business process.
This role combines people leadership, technical judgment and delivery ownership. You will work with technical leads and business stakeholders to resolve cross-team issues and improve how our systems support manufacturing operations.
