Darbo pūbūdis
- Accounts Payable Management: Accurate booking of purchase invoices.
- Documentation Compliance: Verifying and matching delivery documents for both sales and purchase transactions.
- Tax Preparation: Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT declarations.
- Regulatory Reporting: Performing i.SAF data cross-checks and reconciliations.
- Risk & Compliance: Conducting due diligence and compliance screenings (including sanctions and PEP verification) for new clients and vendors.
- Vendor Management: Performing regular debt and balance reconciliations with vendors.
- General Ledger Quality: Reviewing and maintaining General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assisting the finance team with other day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks as required.
Reikalavimai
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (final-year students with a strong academic drive are welcome to apply).
- Experience: [1–2+] years of hands-on experience in accounting, ideally within an international or fast-paced business environment.
- Tax & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of local tax regulations, including practical experience with i.SAF reporting and VAT preparation.
- Systems & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and experience with ERP/accounting software (experience with Directo is a strong asset)
- Analytical Mindset: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a natural curiosity for risk assessment (experience with background checks, KYC, or due diligence is a big plus).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), as you will be communicating with international partners.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
