Assemble optical systems and components according to established instructions, procedures, and quality requirements.
Perform basic measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure products meet defined specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and order traceability throughout the assembly process.
Prepare, clean, inspect, and package assembled optical products according to established standards.
Support material preparation and handling activities for subsequent manufacturing steps.
Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety requirements.
Escalate quality concerns, deviations, or process issues in a timely manner.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to priorities.
Learn assembly techniques, manufacturing processes, and quality standards from experienced engineers and specialists.
Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused manufacturing environment.

Ensure accurate and traceable assembly of optical products while continuously developing technical skills and contributing to reliable, high-quality manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Physics, Engineering, Technology, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, technical, or engineering environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow technical instructions and standardized procedures.
Willingness to learn and develop new technical competencies.
Responsible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment.
Familiarity with MS 365 tools.
Lithuanian C1-C2 and English B2-C1.
