The heart of the role
- Prepare and execute daily payment runs, ensuring timely processing of suppliers/customers refunds payments.
- Prepare and maintain the payment schedule, ensuring all invoices are paid according to agreed due dates.
- Create and maintain vendor and customer Master Data creation and updates to existing records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and master data issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in analyzing financial data.
- Support auditors by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Actively and respectfully communicate with the team, other departments, and stakeholders.
- Assist with general administrative tasks in the finance/accounting department as needed.
- Demonstrate positive attitude to assigned tasks and actively contribute to Team spirit building.
What makes you beat
- Up to 1 year of experience in the area of accounting is desirable.
- Some experience in General Accounting processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
- Must have experience with Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
- Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Depending on the team must be proficient in another foreign language (both written and spoken).
