Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Junior IT and DORA Compliance Specialist to assist with daily compliance tasks and provide support to the IT and regulatory teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in IT compliance and continuously deepen your knowledge of digital resilience and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the implementation of DORA in Latvia
- Collect, validate, and structure data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in aligning IT systems and processes with regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance tracking
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work
- Ability to quickly understand new tasks and eagerness to learn
- Fluency in English
- Background in IT is an advantage
- Basic experience in law, compliance, or document administration would be a plus
- Suitable for students or junior-level candidates
