Our legal team is seeking a junior legal counsel / legal counsel assistant to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will support the legal team in carrying out its day‑to‑day tasks and contributing to the implementation of key legal initiatives.

Our legal team is seeking a junior legal counsel / legal counsel assistant to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will support the legal team in carrying out its day‑to‑day tasks and contributing to the implementation of key legal initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide legal assistance for all Inchcape businesses in Lithuania.
- Advise on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor legal developments and advise on compliance with Lithuanian and European laws, including ABC, AML, and antitrust regulations.
- Advise and prepare legal documents for legal proceedings and external regulatory relations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including dealership, employment, lease, IT, and insurance agreements.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Master's degree in law from a recognized university (a final‑year master’s student is also eligible to apply).
- 2-5 years of working experience in corporate and commercial law fields (less experience may be considered if the candidate is highly promising).
- Strong knowledge of key Lithuanian laws relevant for businesses engaged in commercial sales and services activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of ethics and professionalism.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and strong English skills (both written and verbal).
