We're looking for a Junior Office Assistant to join our team in Vilnius city centre (Europa Business Center, 32nd floor).
This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain real business experience, work in an international environment, and grow quickly within a fast-moving company.
We care far more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than previous experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Helping keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and reservations
- Helping manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Assisting with preparing company apartments for visiting international clients
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting with supplier coordination, deliveries, bookings, and general office operations
- Helping with social media posts and website updates
What We're Looking For
- Very good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Reliable, responsible, and professional
Bonus points (not required):
- Marketing or social media experience
- Content creation skills (Canva, video editing, photography, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive)
