Junior product manager

About the role:

The new team member will manage the software development process, understand and represent users' needs, stay in close contact with stakeholders, together with a team define and implement the vision of the product. Working closely with the team, the product manager will build, test and launch winning products in different markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the person with the deepest knowledge of the product in general and at a detailed level.
  • Management of product development process.
  • Stay in close connection with business partners (banks), third-party companies and other stakeholders in different European markets.
  • Analyze business needs, manage the backlog, together with a team plan and organize dev-sprints.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities effectively to maximize value using limited resources.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa.
  • English proficiency skills are required.
  • Effective communications skills.
  • Ambition to grow and learn fast and a lot.
  • Work experience in software product development and management is a plus (ideally in the financial sector).
  • Desire to help people get the best loan offers and make the consumer loan market efficient.
