Job description
Pedersen & Partners is expanding its team in Vilnius and is looking for a Junior Researcher – Executive Search to support administrative and recruitment-related activities.
This role is suitable for candidates interested in a career in recruitment and executive search. The position offers hands-on experience in research, administrative support, and candidate engagement. The successful candidate will support local communication, administrative processes, and candidate outreach.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Support candidate sourcing and initial outreach activities.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication.
- Maintain and update internal databases and candidate records.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, organising files, and supporting day-to-day team operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Human Resources, - Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to tasks.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service would be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
