Responsibilities:
- Communication with drivers, answering incoming calls, registering issues, and ensuring their timely resolution
- Administration and coordination of fleet maintenance and repair work
- Coordination of planned fleet maintenance and servicing
- Participation in the development of fleet maintenance and tire policies
- Analysis and processing of repair invoices
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Work schedule: Shift-based (two shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 11:00–19:00).

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education or work experience related to the transport or logistics sector
- Written and spoken Lithuanian, English, and Russian skills
- Microsoft package usage skills
- Flexibility to adapt to standby duties and various responsibilities (office, warehouse, vehicle inspection/checks)
- B category driver’s license would be an advantage
- Communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning
