KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop long-term partnerships with the company’s key clients;
Communicate with clients and partners in China in Chinese;
Analyse clients’ needs and offer solutions aligned with their business objectives;
Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts and expand the scope of cooperation;
Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements;
Coordinate the fulfilment of client needs in collaboration with other departments within the company;
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Fluency in Chinese – this is an essential requirement;
Experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or business development;
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to work independently, organise your work effectively, and stay focused on results;
Good command of English;
Experience in logistics, transportation, or Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) would be a strong advantage.
