Job description
- sales of ventilation products to existing B2B customers;
- finding new B2B customers in export markets;
- in case of a new customer, a Key Account Manager coordinates contract signing activities by deepening into mutual contractual obligations;
- after contract is signed, Key Account Manager monitors cooperation development by setting communication procedures and constant feedback and information exchange;
- during all cooperation period, Key Account Manager takes care of and initiates distributors‘ activities in marketing, pre-sales, sales and after-sales by keeping constant relationship and organizing necessary events (e.g. trainings, visits);
- performs pro-actively in order to foresee possible obstacles and takes up responsibility to remove them;
- analyzes sales data to understand the reasons of ups and downs and takes necessary actions;
- secures strong commitment to mutual obligations from Salda and its distribution partners confirming long-lasting successful cooperation.
Requirements
- spoken and written English (other languages considered as an advantage);
- technical background (preferably in HVAC field);
- successful experience in B2B export sales;
- self-reliance;
- compliance with processes and agreements;
- good communication skills.
