Area of responsibility: Lithuania
Responsibilities:
  • fulfilment of the sales plan in his area of responsibility
  • working with key customers in the following channels: FMCG, Drogerie, pharmacies, specialised children's networks
  • expansion of distribution, introduction of new positions in key networks and other partners, attraction of new customers
  • commercial negotiations with key networks, including yearly negotiations
  • conclusion of contracts with key networks
  • planning, coordinating, organising and conducting trade marketing events in the networks (in accordance with the company's requirements)
  • sales forecasting and planning
  • organising training and consultations for partner personnel
  • Ensuring proper document flow with all customers in the area of responsibility for shipments and trade marketing, in accordance with the company's requirements
  • resolving complex and contentious issues with customers and key networks
  • business trips to key customers in other cities
  • maintaining statistics and reporting on clients

Reikalavimai darbuotojui

Requirements:
  • at least 2 years of experience in this position
  • communication skills, flexibility and analytical mindset
  • focus on the result, not the process
  • ability to process analytical data and prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • good knowledge of English, Latvian, Russian or Ukrainian language.
  • successful experience of working with networks: MAXIMA, RIMI, DROGAS, etc. is welcome.
