Job description

We, BSTS Trading OÜ, are an experienced distribution company from Estonia supplying retailers and HoReCa customers across the Baltic region with innovative international food and beverage brands.

Our team combines hands-on market knowledge, strong commercial capabilities, and an efficient logistics network that allows us to grow brands successfully across multiple channels.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to develop and manage our business in Lithuania.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key retail and HoReCa customers in Lithuania
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Develop sales opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Coordinate launches of new products and brands
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends
  • Work closely with internal logistics and operations teams
  • Represent the company during meetings, trade fairs, and customer visits

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or key account management
  • Existing contacts within Lithuanian retail or HoReCa sector are a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Independent and proactive personality
  • Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
  • Ability to travel within Lithuania
  • Valid driving license
