You will connect customers with Product, R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management teams. We are looking for a self-driven, proactive, and curious person who thrives in collaboration, values teamwork, and considers themselves a team player rather than an individual contributor.
What You'll Do:
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with key customers, utilities, distribution system operators, system integrators, and business partners across your assigned markets.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategic account plans with a strong focus on the Polish market.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from initial customer discussions through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and successful contract closure.
- Take ownership of tenders and commercial proposals by coordinating internal stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality submissions.
- Serve as the customer's trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to transform customer requirements into competitive solutions.
- Represent EGM at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences while strengthening our market presence and expanding your professional network.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or another customer-facing B2B role.
- A proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, tenders, and commercial negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with both business and technical decision-makers.
- A commercial mindset combined with curiosity, ownership, and a genuine passion for building long-term customer partnerships.
- Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region to meet customers, attend industry events, and strengthen business relationships.
The Extras We'd Love:
- Experience in smart metering, AMI, or the broader energy and utilities sector.
- Hands-on experience with technical tenders, public procurement, or complex customer projects.
- Familiarity with the Polish market or the wider Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
- Additional language skills, especially Polish.
- Experience working with business systems such as BSS, Rivile, Redmine, or similar platforms.
Why join us?
- Grow with us.
- We've got you covered.
- Work with flexibility.
- Celebrate your day.
- Stay active.
- Easy commuting.
- Feel part of the team.
- Have fun along the way.
