Leadership Program Specialist

Your job:

• Organize, administer, and coordinate global leadership development programs in line with stakeholder.
• Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, program logistics, and documentation throughout the program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, venue providers, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a seamless learning experience.
• Prepare and distribute participant communications, program materials, schedules, and reminders.
• Organize evening networking activities and ensure a high-quality participant experience across all learning events and programs.
• Gather participant feedback and support continuous improvement of leadership development initiatives.

Your qualification:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal (knowledge of the German is beneficial).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously (e.g., organizing events, workshops, conferences, and networking activities).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality participant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes accurately.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems.
