We are seeking an individual who is driven and business-minded with the innovative ability and entrepreneurial spirit to continue developing K.T.S Production. The role is both strategic and operational, and you will report directly to the Chair of the Board/owner. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the development of K.T.S.’s machinery programme.
Chairing the weekly management team meetings, putting forward proposals and overseeing their implementation.
Overall responsibility for managing production

Requirements:

Good command of English
Experience of production operations
You must live in the Utena area.
Leadership experience would be considered an advantage
Start date: as soon as possible.
