Manual QA Specialist (Middle)

As a Middle Manual QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless performance of our web and mobile financial applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities, validate complex financial workflows, and safeguard our user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
●Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications;
●Review project documentation and analyze business and technical requirements;
●Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and design documentation;
●Find, report, and track bugs during the development and testing lifecycle;
●Analyze application logs to identify defects and provide developers with clear and actionable information for troubleshooting.

●3+ years of experience in manual testing of fintech products (web and mobile applications);
●Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, tools, and processes, with practical experience applying them;
●Experience in functional, UI, API, and regression testing of web and mobile applications; experience with load testing is a plus;
●Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (knowledge of YouTrack and TestRail is a plus);
●Experience in REST API testing using Postman;
●Advanced database testing using SQL (knowledge and practical experience working with SQL);
●Ability to analyze application logs using tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and Lens;
●Work with Proxy Debugging Tools: Charles, Fiddler;
●Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
●Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
●Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines;
●Ability to prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing team and business needs.
