We are looking for a data processing specialist to join our team in Lithuania. We welcome both candidates with relevant professional experience and graduates with strong quantitative data skills who are interested in developing their careers in data anlysis.
The work is coordinated by our BERENT team in Germany. This is a back-office position focused on quantitative survey data processing, statistical tabulations and preparing results for further analysis. Analytical interpretation, final client reporting and direct client communication are not part of the role.

Your responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, validate and merge quantitative survey datasets.
- Process survey data collected through different methodologies, including online and telephone interviews (CAWI, CATI and mixed-mode).
- Prepare statistical tables, cross-tabulations and datasets for further analysis.
- Apply weighting procedures and perform data quality checks.
- Prepare and analyse sampling data and support the development of multidimensional survey quotas.
- Monitor sample composition and quota fulfilment during fieldwork.
- Prepare fieldwork progress reports and support the research team with data-related tasks.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline routine data processing and validation tasks using AI-powered tools and other appropriate technologies.
Your profile
- University degree or ongoing studies in Statistics, Sociology, Social Sciences, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with structured datasets.
- Experience with statistical software such as R and/or programming skills in Python for data processing and automation.
- Good understanding of quantitative data processing and basic statistical methods.
- Ability to effectively use AI-powered tools to automate and optimise data processing tasks, improve efficiency and accuracy, while ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
