Marketing Manager - Nordic Region

Our client - Elcor Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Group function and lead marketing activities across the Nordic region, with a particular focus on Sweden and Norway.

Reporting directly to the Group CSO based in Skovlunde, Denmark, you will work closely with colleagues across the Group and different business units. This is a broad and hands-on role for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys working independently, collaborating across countries and business units, and taking ownership of projects from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Elcor Group’s social media presence and content planning across LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Develop and coordinate engaging content with different business units and countries.
• Support the development and maintenance of the corporate website and webshop.
• Develop marketing and sales materials in close cooperation with the sales teams.
• Coordinate marketing activities and trade fairs/events in the Nordic markets.
• Work with external agencies and creative partners when needed.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Elcor’s brand and overall marketing presence.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience with social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Good organisational and project management skills.
• Proactive, independent and self-motivated approach.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and working across countries.
• A service-minded mindset and willingness to support sales and business needs.
• Experience with Canva, Shopify, SEO or trade fairs would be an advantage.

• Competitive Gross salary from €3300 to €5000, depending on experience and competencies.
