About the role:
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented designer to help shape what that looks like.
You'll design bold, digital-first campaigns that stop thumbs and define our brand's visual identity – with the opportunity to bring that same energy into the physical world through print and packaging. Working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams, you'll craft scroll-stopping ads, social content, and dynamic motion graphics for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and beyond. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adaptation across multiple communication channels.
- Design advertising materials for digital (GDN, META, YT, website, social) and print (OOH, posters) channels.
- Contribute to packaging, merchandise, and other print product design.
- Contribute to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and presenting fresh concepts.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Deliver forward-thinking design solutions that balance creativity, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, especially digital environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools – Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and similar.
- Ability to create both static and dynamic design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, innovation, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience designing for print — packaging, merchandise, and beyond.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsibility and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken).
Advantages:
