Wir suchen motivierte Kolleg:innen, die Freude daran haben, anderen zu helfen, Probleme zu lösen und sinnstiftend zu arbeiten. Ob du Kund:innen direkt per Telefon und E-Mail unterstützt oder wichtige Daten im Hintergrund verwaltest – deine Arbeit trägt dazu bei, lebensverändernde Produkte und Dienstleistungen für Menschen bereitzustellen, die sie am dringendsten benötigen.
Deine Aufgaben sind folgende
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen, Produktsupport und Dokumentenverwaltung
- Du gibst Anleitung und leistest technische Unterstützung für mobile Apps, Cloud-Plattformen und Hardwaregeräte
- Du verwaltest Kundendaten und Dokumente präzise in internen Systemen
- Du arbeitest mit internen Teams zusammen, um Probleme zu lösen und einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
- Du hältst hohe Standards in Bezug auf Datenschutz, Compliance und Datenqualität ein
- Du nimmst an Schulungen zu neuen Produkten und Prozessen teil
- Du unterstützt die Qualitätsziele im Service und trägst zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Was dich erfolgreich macht
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Starke Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Softwaretools (CRM-Systeme, Microsoft Office, mobile Apps)
- Detailorientierung mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit und Compliance
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice, technischen Support oder in der Datenverarbeitung ist von Vorteil.
