Office Administrator (part-time)

SneakyBox is a digital development studio based in Kaunas, Lithuania, with a second office in Poland. We specialise in game porting, co-development, remastering, and art production. With 80+ team members and over 500 shipped projects, we are a trusted partner to Atari, 11 bit studios, CI Games, Curve Games, and many more. Our team shares a genuine passion for games and a drive to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to keep our Kaunas studio running smoothly. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) – ideal for a student or someone seeking a flexible position in a creative, gaming-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, support day-to-day operations, and play an active role in studio culture and events.

Greet visitors and direct them to the right person or area
Handle day-to-day correspondence – phone calls, emails, and official documents
Manage scheduling and coordinate internal meetings
Assist the accountant in day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities — invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, and budget monitoring
Oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance
Help plan and execute team events – team-building activities, summer parties, and studio celebrations. The role also involves decorating the office several times a year for seasonal and themed occasions such as Christmas, Halloween, and other company parties.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as the studio grows
Experience creating simple visuals using tools like Canva for internal communications and events is a plus.

Experience in office administration or a related support role
Good English communication skills, written and verbal
Strong computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities is a plus
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
A genuine interest in games

Up to €550 net/month for 20 hours per week
