About the Role
Workofo is an AI-native workforce-scheduling platform used by shift-based businesses across the Baltics, Nordics and beyond like Caffeine, Decathlon, Tele2, Jysk, Senukai, and others.
Workofo is looking for an Operations / Data Analyst (Customer Support) who will combine customer support, onboarding, training, data checking, schedule analysis, and process improvement.
The role is roughly 60% analytical and 40% customer-facing. On the analytical side: checking data, reviewing schedules, analyzing customer configurations, finding inconsistencies, and improving internal processes. On the customer side: onboarding new clients, training users, and handling day-to-day questions.
You will do well here if you can take a problem, investigate it on your own, carry it through to a clear answer you can explain simply, and raise risks early when something doesn't add up.

What You Will Do
- Help new customers during their onboarding journey
- Handle user requests and provide timely, helpful support
- Analyze customer data, schedules, and system configurations
- Check data accuracy using Excel and AI tools
- Work with larger datasets and identify inconsistencies or mistakes
- Review customer setup and configuration details
- Manage and update our knowledge base
- Write new help articles and improve existing documentation
- Suggest product and process improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and best practices
Requirements:
- Fluent Lithuanian and professional English, both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, training, implementation, operations, or analytical work
- Medium-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, filtering, pivot tables, formulas, and working with larger datasets
- Basic understanding of database concepts, such as tables, fields, records, and data relationships
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex things clearly
- Willingness to use AI tools to work faster and improve the quality of analysis, documentation, and support
