Responsibilities
Coordinate purchase, sales, and manufacturing orders end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution.
Maintain disciplined system hygiene: keep CRM/ERP data, statuses, and records clean, consistent, and up to date.
Ensure document control and traceability across order flow and operational documentation.
Monitor operational risks and exceptions (materials, lead times, nonconformities) and escalate early to protect delivery and customer commitments.
Manage deviations from standard workflows: log, communicate, support corrective/preventive actions, and help drive process alignment.
Support inventory readiness for critical/non-standard items and coordinate replenishment with internal stakeholders.
Own shipping/customs documentation flow and coordinate with logistics partners on execution-level topics.
Escalate to the Senior Operations Manager when critical information is missing, commitments are at risk, specifications mismatch, or a process decision is required.

Core mission
Keep OPTOMAN’s order-to-delivery flow predictable and clean: accurate data in the system, disciplined process execution, early risk visibility, and smooth coordination across operations, planning, and logistics.
Required superpowers
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a quantitative field or management).
1+ year of experience in a similar area (operations, purchasing, accounting, order coordination).
Strong digital discipline: MS tools and document management; experience working with ERP/MRP and CRM systems.
Comfortable working with high information volume; accuracy and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
Basic understanding of logistics/customs and Incoterms.
Basics of inventory and goods accounting.
English B2.
Can manage “off-process” situations: reacts fast, prioritizes well, and communicates clearly.
Self-sufficient in finding information and asking the right questions; proactive, collaborative, service-minded.
