Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Around ~40-50 % of the workload:
  • Assist in HR admin tasks (e.g., onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes).
  • Organize team activities and events.
  • Financial administration (e.g., assist in budgeting, expense tracking, financial records keeping, and invoice processing).
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Schedule and organize travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Oversee office facilities.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and liaise with IT support when necessary.
  • Draft and proofread official correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers (e.g., venues, freelancers, technical providers).

Around ~50-60 % of the workload:
  • Perform operational tasks for Acceleration (mentorship) and AI programs
  • Deliver projects within a clearly defined scope and timeline (e.g., Women Go Tech 10-year anniversary initiatives and related activities).

Requirements

  • Lithuanian language proficiency sufficient to independently manage financial documentation and contractual processes in Lithuanian.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech savvy (you can easily learn new tools and use them).

Bonus, but not required:
  • Experience in financial administration.
  • Experience in contract coordination.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.

What we offer

  • This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period. We have an office in Vilnius, Rockit co-working space and expect you can come atleast once per week.
  • Gross salary: € 2300–2500/month.

Our recruitment process

1. Application review - we’ll go through all submitted applications carefully.
2. Introductory call (20 min) - if selected, you’ll be invited for a short conversation focused on your experience and skillset.
3. Task stage - you’ll receive a task that reflects the type of work you’d be doing in this role. It should take no more than 3 hours to complete. You’ll then present the results to the CEO.
4. Optional follow-up - if needed, we may invite you for an informal follow-up chat to clarify any open questions. No preparation is expected.
5. Offer - if everything aligns, we’ll extend an offer.
6. Start - we’re ready to onboard as soon as you’re available — the role is open now.
