In this role, you will:
- Prepare and provide periodic reports and creating dashboards
- Identify and revise reporting requirements and their implementation
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including our Applicant Tracking System, employment records, labor statistics
- Optimize and implement new data processes and systems
- Provide quality assurance of imported data
- Provide actionable insights and cooperate with stakeholders
- Calculate variable pay
- Manage salary budgeting process
We expect that you:
- Have university education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.
- Have previous experience in an analytical role
- Have knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI and/or Tableau)
- Have proven advanced SQL skills: this syntax will be used on a daily basis and some queries need to be written from scratch
- Are self-driven, structured working attitude and strong ownership
- Can balance multiple priorities, are open-minded, and have 'can do' attitude
