We are currently looking for a People Partner who will play a key role in strengthening leadership, team performance, and employee growth across dedicated divisions and departments. In this role, you will partner closely with the leaders and employees of your assigned areas -which include our manufacturing and installation divisions, among others - ensuring that people practices are both well-designed and truly fit for the people they serve. You will work across different types of teams and roles - from office-based professionals to production floor employees - navigating the unique dynamics that come with both white and blue collar environments.

- Partner with leaders as their primary People contact - advising, coaching, and supporting them in all people matters.
- Help managers navigate everyday challenges and complex situations, from employee relations to team performance and engagement.
- Support leaders at various levels - including operational and frontline managers - in building the capabilities their teams need.
People Processes
- Drive and continuously improve people processes across the full employee journey - recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Adapt and tailor HR practices to fit the realities of your divisions, ensuring processes are practical and effective for all employee groups - whether on the production floor or in the office.
- Lead hiring for key positions, working closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues to attract and select the right people.
Employee Experience
- Work directly with employees to ensure engagement, effective performance and continuous growth.
- Initiate or co-lead people programs that make a difference - from leadership development to employee experience.
Collaboration & Impact
- Collaborate across different countries in our international group, building modern people practices.
- Use the freedom and ownership you’ll have to create, shape, and make a real impact on how people experience work in our company.
What do we expect from you?
- People Partner experience: Solid experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, ideally in an international environment.
- Industry background: Experience working with both blue and white collar employees - in manufacturing, installation, retail, logistic, or similar environments - is strongly preferred.
- Leadership support: Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive team performance, engagement, and growth.
- HR processes: Hands-on experience improving People processes across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and engagement. Experience leading or supporting hiring for key positions.
- Labor law knowledge: Mid-level knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; familiarity with international labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong skills in Lithuanian and English, able to build trust and collaborate at all levels.
- Analytical skills: Comfortable using people analytics and data to inform decisions.
- Adaptability & problem-solving: Experienced in fast-paced, changing environments; confident in addressing complex challenges.
- Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn, explore best practices, and continuously improve people processes.
