About you and us:
Candy POP is looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (PPC) who excels in managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and can also lead strategic planning for our digital marketing efforts. 🍭 You will drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve ROI, while shaping the overall strategy for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on skills in campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing strategies across Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads, aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own and manage the full funnel advertising strategy from awareness to conversion, driving measurable business results.
- Develop audience segmentation, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and ROI across all platforms.
- Conduct market research (markets: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland) competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in both established and new markets.
- Lead A/B testing, audience analysis, and campaign optimizations based on real-time data.
- Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and daily performance, adjusting tactics to stay aligned with targets across all advertising platforms.
- Provide ongoing reports with actionable insights, guiding decision-making at the management level.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in performance marketing, new ad formats, angles, platform updates, and best practices for Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to align campaigns with the overall brand and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience running, managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic performance marketing plans that drive growth, particularly in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data interpretation, performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CPC, ROAS), and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Hands-on experience with media buying, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization across all platforms.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Motivated self-learner with a proactive attitude, eager to take on challenges.
- Interest or experience in international marketing or expanding into new markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear strategic recommendations.
