Point of Sale Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

Responsibly plan the work of the sales team;
Train and inspire new colleagues, and find genuine pleasure in motivating them and ensuring good working conditions;
Smoothly and quickly help resolve all issues or problems;
Regularly supervise and visit points of sale, including external retail locations (such as RIMI) both in Lithuania and Latvia;
Regularly supervise and visit points of sale;
Gladly respond to larger B2B client inquiries;
Not view weekly or monthly reports and their analysis as a major challenge;
Plan planograms and implement them in stores;
Manage and plan product (printed materials) inventory in stores;
Manage a portfolio of experience-based events, overseeing partner relationships, event planning, client communication, operations, and business growth;
Successfully launch new partners and venues.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) - required;
Have experience in sales and customer service;
Hold a Category B driver's license (having your own vehicle and readiness for business trips to Latvia would be a big advantage);
Are able to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to non-standard situations;
Know how to communicate, collaborate, and create a great atmosphere within the team.
