You will be responsible for
- Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
Our requirements:
To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Polish and have a good command of English. As for everything else - we will teach you!
To make the most of your time here, we'll offer you this
- A salary from 1800,- to 1950,- Euros/Gross
- Bonus up to 100,- Euros/Gross

Working hours: Work in 8,5 h shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM till 8 PM
Location: Work from home (in Lithuania)
