We are looking for a Power BI Engineer to help transform data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will develop and optimize Power BI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and support data-driven decision-making through scalable reporting and analytics.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Develop DAX measures, KPIs, and business logic to support reporting needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
- Support Power BI best practices, documentation, and data literacy initiatives.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric and data sources such as SAP BW.
What We Expect From You
- Experience with Power BI, including report development, data modeling, and publishing.
- Strong DAX skills and experience creating KPIs and complex calculations.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines).
- Familiarity with SAP BW.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across teams.
