Product Development Manager

Podbase is a fast-growing print-on-demand platform that enables e-commerce brands, creators and enterprises to sell custom products without managing inventory or production.

Our technology connects online stores with our manufacturing and fulfillment operations, automating the entire process: from order to delivery. We power the product lines of hundreds of online stores worldwide, including well-known artists, fast-growing brands, influencers and enterprise partners.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind bringing innovative products to life, from concept through to launch. Your work will directly shape the success of our offerings, ensuring they meet high standards and stand out in the market.

• Experience in product development (2-3 years)
  
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and product performance
  
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
  
• A passion for learning, creating, and innovating
  
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  

SALARY: 2500 - 3500 EUR/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
