Product Flow Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can learn fast, and enjoys combining science with real-world coordination. You’ll help manage everything from raw material purchasing to product shipping, while collaborating with scientists on formulation planning and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage inventory of raw materials and laboratory supplies
  
• Assist in formulation planning and documentation with our research team
  
• Oversee the coordination of product shipping and logistics
  
• Communicate with clients, partners, and suppliers via email and phone
  
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the lab and storage areas

Education (Preferred):
We are especially interested in candidates with a Master’s degree or higher in one of the following fields:
Pharmacy
Physics
Mathematics
Medicine
Or another relevant science/health-related discipline


What We’re Looking For:
High intelligence, fast learner, and excellent organizational skills
Strong interest in natural medicine, holistic health, or scientific research
Comfortable working in a nature-based, peaceful environment
Fluent in English (Lithuanian a strong advantage)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative
