🔹own and drive the Baltic eCommerce & Delivery Services development portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy;
🔹lead strategic development programs and projects from planning to successful on-time and within budget delivery;
🔹partner closely with business leaders and identify development priorities and maximise business value;
🔹coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, bringing together business, operations and technology stakeholders;
🔹manage change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization to ensure successful adoption of new solutions;
🔹identify dependencies, remove obstacles, and ensure efficient execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives;
🔹drive continuous improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and business performance.

🔹relevant higher education and proven experience leading strategic programs, projects or business development
🔹initiatives in a complex business environment;
🔹strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to build business cases, evaluate investment
🔹opportunities and drive strategy execution. Finance modeling is seen as advantage
🔹strong leadership and change management skills and ability to lead without direct line authority and challenge
🔹the business to stay strategically focused
🔹excellent communication and collaboration skills
🔹fluent English, with Baltic language skills and/or Finnish considered an advantage.
