Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers regarding project documentation, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and accurate meeting minutes;
- Manage and organize all project documents, including numbering, filing, distribution, and maintaining an up-to-date document register;
- Prepare initial project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness;
- Support project logistics such as office arrangements, accommodation, and other team-related needs during project execution;
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, preparing clear and timely progress reports for the team.
Expectations to the candidates:
- University degree;
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written (a must);
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing environments, and address project challenges effectively;
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the country and abroad (a must).
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to haves:
- Work or study experience in the engineering field;
- Additional foreign language skills;
- Valid driving license.
