Key responsibilities
- Prepare documentation for contractor and supplier tenders (technical specifications/scopes of work, offer comparison tables).
- Take minutes in project meetings and follow up on the implementation of agreed decisions.
- Coordinate day-to-day work organisation topics and ensure tasks are delivered as planned.
- Register and monitor project invoices, contracts, and other project documentation.
- Support project managers with daily project tasks and operational problem-solving.
Main requirements
- A construction/engineering-related education.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Relevant experience in construction or real estate project delivery/implementation.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong time management and planning skills to deliver commitments on time and to a high standard.

- Salary (gross): 2150-2480 €/month plus additional compensation for daily work expenses. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
