We are currently looking for a Project Sales Manager to drive the growth of GROHE’s project business in Lithuania.
Key Responsibilities:
Your Role
In this position, you will play a key role in expanding GROHE’s presence across high-value sectors such as hospitality, office, and healthcare. You will manage long-term, complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.
Your mission: to position GROHE as the preferred partner in large-scale building projects by influencing specifications and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will play a key role in expanding GROHE’s presence across high-value sectors such as hospitality, office, and healthcare. You will manage long-term, complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.
Your mission: to position GROHE as the preferred partner in large-scale building projects by influencing specifications and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and manage a strong project sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates;
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with developers, architects, designers (A&D), and contractors;
- Identify client needs and define project scope and requirements;
- Lead the preparation of complex proposals and tender (RFP) responses, ensuring competitive and accurate GROHE specifications;
- Stay involved throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery;
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide data-driven sales forecasts;
- Act as a trusted partner and resolve challenges during project execution;
- Continuously strengthen GROHE’s position within the specifier community;
What We Expect:
- At least 2+ years of experience in project-based B2B sales (construction, building materials, engineering, or similar industries);
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce);
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles;
- A proactive, relationship-driven mindset;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Valid driver’s license (Category B);
