Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to identify technical and commercial requirements.
Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare cost estimates and pricing calculations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers (primarily leading façade contractors across Europe and the USA).
Leading of samples and mockup ordering process (if required by client).
Collaborate closely with production, procurement and logistics teams.
Support project handover to the project management team after contract award.

Experience in cost estimation, tender management, or project management within the construction, façade, glazing, or related industry.
Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tenders during the pre-construction phase.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, as English will be used frequently in daily communication.
Time-management skills.
A fast learner who can quickly understand product technologies and technical details.

1500 €/mon. net
+ An internal performance-based incentive system linked to achieved results.
The specific salary package will be agreed individually with the selected candidate, taking into account their experience, competencies, and qualifications.
