QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER I TLT PCB

We invite a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our continuously growing TLT Manufacturing Group in Vilnius. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing operations and be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, improving quality management processes, and meeting customer requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure that the company’s management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) are properly implemented and maintained;
  
• Coordinate quality management processes and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and customer requirements;
  
• Develop and update quality assurance procedures and work instructions;
  
• Coordinate problem-solving processes, including root cause analysis;
  
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and assess their effectiveness;
  
• Organize and conduct internal management system audits, prepare audit reports, and provide recommendations for process improvement;
  
• Collect and analyse quality performance data and prepare reports;
  
• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments and propose measures to mitigate risks or capitalize on opportunities;
  
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards;
  
• Participate in external audits and customer quality assessments;
  
• Organize and deliver employee training on quality standards and best practices;
  
• Manage and maintain documented information related to quality assurance;
  
• Ensure the implementation and traceability of customer-specific quality requirements.
  

What we expect from you:

• At least one year of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing company;
  
• A university degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or another related field;
  
• Knowledge and practical application of the ISO 9001 standard. Knowledge of other standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949, would be considered an advantage;
  
• Experience in preparing procedures and work instructions;
  
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  
• Good computer literacy;
  
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, accountability, a collaborative mindset, and a results-oriented approach;
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex situations;
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary
Taking into account each candidate’s experience and contribution, we offer a competitive salary that reflects their skills and competencies. The hourly salary for this position ranges from EUR 18 to EUR 23 gross (approximately EUR 3,024 to EUR 3,864 gross per month), depending on your experience and competencies.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed gross hourly rate.
