Responsibilities
Quality Documentation:
Supplier Quality:
- Prepare, review and update Quality Management System documentation (procedures, work instructions and forms), coordinating document development with other departments.
- Maintain document registers and ensure proper version and change control.
- Ensure that quality documentation reflects the company's actual processes and complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
Supplier Quality:
- Register and coordinate supplier non-conformities from identification through to closure, communicating with suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
- Review and analyse supplier 8D reports, root cause analyses and corrective actions, monitor deadlines and assess the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Identify recurring non-conformities and propose preventive measures.
- Review supplier quality documentation and accompanying documentation for raw materials and components.
- Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification processes.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality Control and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements
- Higher education or college degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management System administration or Supplier Quality.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
- Knowledge of quality problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
- Ability to independently prepare, organise and maintain quality documentation.
- Ability to analyse technical documentation and evaluate non-conformity resolution reports.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good command of English (at least B2 level).
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate tasks.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing company.
- Experience participating in supplier audits.
- Experience working with ERP or document management systems.

- Competitive monthly gross salary from 3300 to 3600 Eur. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
