The Team/Product:
You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like POS and Self-service systems. The team consists of software professionals, including Product Manager, System Analysts, Quality Assurance engineers, Developers and other experts, in total 10.

What will you do:
- Define test strategy, test suites, test cases following testing methodologies, techniques and best practices.
- Define test tools for functional, performance, and scale testing in a programmatic manner
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
- Design, develop and prepare for automated execution (integration to CI/CD)
- Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Escalate test execution shortcomings and propose improvements
- Research and recommend automation tools to optimize different types of testing
- Maintain structured test plans, test cases and regression suites, ensuring coverage across all environments
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, contributing to acceptance criteria, defect tracking, and continuous quality improvements
What we expect from you:
- Solid experience in QA automation with a good understanding of the testing lifecycle
- Ability to independently design and maintain automated tests across UI and API layers
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Creative way of thinking and courage to try out new things
- Open-minded and co-operative personality
- General understanding of Software development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Front-End and Back-End applications testing
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining on-task and deadline oriented
- Strong speaking/writing communication skills in Lithuanian and English
