Job description
- Coordinating and supporting quality initiatives within the company.
- Managing and maintaining the laboratory’s quality management systems in compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participating in the execution of quality projects according to agreed plans
- Collaborating closely with department managers and teams during the implementation of improvement actions.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality documentation.
- Planning, coordinating, and conducting internal quality audits, as well as representing the laboratory during external and accreditation audits.
- Preparing and submitting quality performance reports to the Eurofins Group.
- Supporting the development of the Quality Assurance program through standardization and clear definition of requirements.
- Delivering training sessions for Eurofins employees on quality assurance topics.
- Assisting in resolving day-to-day quality-related issues.
- Collaborating with international Eurofins teams to align and improve quality processes.
Requirements
- Experience of ISO 17025 standard environment
- University degree (technical background is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-driven environment, with structured problem-solving practice.
- Experience in the laboratory sector (microbiology) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, with focus on timely task completion.
- Ability to drive improvement actions in cooperation with others, without formal authority.
- Knowledge and practical use of quality tools (8D, 5WHY, FMEA, A4, PDCA).
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and support decision-making.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
